Finance Lobby is a Miami-based fintech startup transforming how brokers, borrowers and lenders connect. Founded in 2022 out of an inherent need to modernize the outdated and inefficient world of commercial real estate lending, the company goal was to address a massive disconnect — improving the process, flow and efficiency of securing a commercial real estate loan, which still relies heavily on slow, relationship-based methods like phone calls, emails, and limited broker networks. 

Their AI platform featured lending criteria from over 10,000 lenders, including a majority share of FDIC-insured banks, processing nearly $1.2 billion in deal volume each month.

The Challenge:

As a newly launched startup, very few people knew the company existed. Their goal was to drive subscriptions and users on the platform through an awareness campaign that also distinguished them from the competition
